Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the MA Ventures website, our chat assistant and our WhatsApp trading community (together, the "Service"), provided by MA Ventures ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What we provide

MA Ventures shares trading signals, market commentary and educational content about forex, metals, oil and cryptocurrencies. We are a community and education provider. We are not a broker, we do not hold client money, and we do not place trades on your behalf.

2. Not financial advice

Everything we publish is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and does not take your personal circumstances into account. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclaimer carefully.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must also make sure that trading and the services of our partner brokers are lawful where you live. Some countries restrict or prohibit them, and it is your responsibility to check.

4. Joining the community

Access to our WhatsApp group is currently offered to people who open a trading account with one of our partner brokers through our affiliate links and make a deposit. We may ask you to provide your contact details, broker account ID and a deposit screenshot so we can verify this. We may accept, refuse or remove a member at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the information provided. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how we are compensated.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only submit screenshots that are genuinely yours.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or altered documents or images.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or to misuse the chat assistant.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute our signals or content without our written permission.
• Be respectful to other members and to us. Spam and scams are not allowed.

6. Third-party brokers and services

Brokers such as XM and Exness are independent companies. Your account, deposits, withdrawals and trades are governed by your agreement with them, not with us. We are not responsible for their services, pricing, execution, platform availability or conduct. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we do not control their content.

7. Intellectual property

The website, logo, text, graphics, videos and signal content are owned by or licensed to us. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

8. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Market data, signals and AI-generated replies may contain errors, delays or omissions. The chat assistant is an automated tool and its answers should not be treated as advice or as a commitment by us.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or from acting on our content. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) and GBP 100.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. You can stop using the Service at any time and leave the WhatsApp group whenever you like.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
